Are the products suitable for all skin and hair types?
Yes, every formulation is made for all skin or hair types. As with any new topical product, do a patch test first and stop use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, buying for a child or managing a skin condition, please consult one of our doctors first.
How long until I see results?
Hair and skin renew slowly, so consistency matters. We suggest using FOLICARE daily for at least three months and CROCUS ELIXIR or SCAR FIX for eight to twelve weeks. Results vary from person to person.
Can I use CROCUS ELIXIR and PRO TACTO together?
Yes — they are designed to work together. Apply CROCUS ELIXIR first, let it absorb, then finish with PRO TACTO in the morning.
Can SCAR FIX be used on a fresh wound?
No. SCAR FIX is for fully healed skin only. Never apply it to open wounds, fresh burns or broken skin.
